DRAFT for attorney review. Last updated November 7, 2026.
Waitlist Terms
These terms cover this website and its waitlist. Leases, payments and the SnugPark app will have their own agreements when they launch.
1. The waitlist
- SnugPark isn't live yet. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. It doesn't reserve a parking space or guarantee that one will be available near you or at your price.
- We plan small trials in December 2026 and a public launch on January 1, 2027. Dates and neighborhoods may change.
- You must be 18 or older, and give an email address you control and answers that are true to the best of your knowledge.
- Renting a space through SnugPark will be limited to San Francisco residents, as city planning rules require. Listings will be off-street spaces only. Street and curb parking is never offered.
2. Founding-driver offer
Join before January 1, 2027 and pay no SnugPark fee for the first 3 months of your first lease.
- Who qualifies: drivers who join this waitlist before January 1, 2027, using the email address they later sign up with.
- What you get: no SnugPark service fee (normally 8% of the rent, included in the all-in price) on the first 3 monthly payments of your first lease. Example: a $400/month spot is normally $432 all-in; you'd pay $400 for months 1 to 3, then $432.
- When: the lease must be agreed (the owner accepts your offer) between January 1, 2027 and June 30, 2027.
- What it doesn't change: the owner sets the rent, and the owner's payout is the same. Offers and bids are made at the normal all-in price; the fee is waived on the lease afterwards.
- One per person, tied to your waitlist email. It can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. December 2026 trial leases don't use it up (no fees are charged during trials anyway).
- These are draft terms. The final terms will be in your lease agreement, and we'll email you before launch if anything changes.
Owners aren't part of this offer. The owner fee is 4% of the rent for every owner.
3. Owners
Joining as an owner doesn't create a listing. Before you list, you'll need to confirm the space is yours to rent: it's not part of a residential tenancy, and it's not barred by an HOA, CC&Rs or a TIC agreement. If someone rents it today, you'll need their consent before its current price is shown or it's opened to offers. At launch only spaces inside garages can be listed.
4. Emails
By joining you agree that we may email you about SnugPark opening near you, trials, and your founding-driver offer. We'll send other news only if you ticked that box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't submit someone else's details, automate sign-ups, or try to disrupt the site. We may remove sign-ups that look fake or abusive.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is. Anything we say about demand, prices or timing is an estimate, not a promise. To the extent the law allows, SnugPark isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or waitlist.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change affects the founding-driver offer, we'll email people on the waitlist before it takes effect. These terms are governed by California law. Questions: hello@snugpark.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
